Looking for a passionate and an experienced candidate for the position of Manager/Asst. Manager – Sales

Profile | Responsibilities:


  • Sales & Marketing of our traffic marking paint and road marking application equipment division

  • To forecast sales and make strategies to boost the company’s sales and achieve set targets.

  • Leading, guiding, and developing the sales team and monitoring their performances.

  • Participate / Attend Seminars /exhibitions and develop contacts for enhancing the business

  • Identify  potential customers with the help of associations, contacts, exhibitions

  • Making sales calls/meeting clients/follow-ups

  • Generate new leads and handling customer’s accounts and ensuring timely payments from them.

  • Addressing their complaints/grievances, if any in the most efficient and effective manner and bringing proper closure of such issues.

  • Identify new areas of business for the organization and make plans for further growth and reporting to the director about the sales plan, team’s performance, and targets achieved.

  • Devising new ways of promoting the sale of road marking equipment and paints and traveling all across India for its effective marketing & sales.

  • Organizing the commissioning and training of equipment to the clients and addressing their technical queries/issues, if any, troubleshooting any operational/technical defaults they face at any time.

  • Achieving sales targets

  • Other duties as assigned



  • Candidate from the Road marking/Traffic industry

  • Education - Civil / Mechanical Engineer

  • The technical know-how of equipment operations

  • Candidate having knowledge of road marking paint would be an added advantage.


  • Any equivalent experience/knowledge relevant to the above-mentioned profile.
